Rating Korean Convenient Store Foods! πŸ₯˜πŸ˜πŸ΅

Hello everyone! It has been almost two months I haven't write anything. Sorry! Lately I just get a little lazy ;). Well, 've been scrolling through YouTube and Instagram endlessly, and I saw a lot of contents about Korean Convenience Store. And, guess what? There's one big convenience store in my neighborhood! So, join me in rating Korean Convenience Store Foods!

1. Ramyeon

Y'all, if you don't know about Ramyeon, Ramyeon is an instant noodle dish from Korea. For an instant noodle, it's pretty complete! Here, the instant noodle comes with vegetable, seaweed, and egg. Its so delicious!
It tastes spicy and salty. And, the best part of the this noodle is the egg! The melting egg yolk just hits better with the spiciness of the soup. And the yucky taste of the vegetable (I hate veggiesπŸ˜‚) was covered by the spicy and savoriness of the soup. Overall, I give this dish 9.5/10!

2. Kimbap

I think, kimbap is sort of the Korean version of sushi! I don't really know what is differnce besides the name, lol (If you know, leave a comment!). Its a bunch of rice filled with vegetables and meat, rolled into tube shape, covered with seaweed.
I love how the cookers added salt into rice before rolling it, it just added the salty taste to the rice. What I found quite unique about this dish, is that they added pineapple to the rice. I don't really like pineapple though, but the saltiness and the seaweed flavour hides the pineapple taste! I give this dish a 9/10!

3. Jajangmeyon

The best way I can describe this dish, is thick long noodles covered with black sauce (Idk what it is!). This dish isn't fully Korean tho, its a Chinese-Korean dish.
The black sauce tastes weird. Its a mix of bitter and sour taste, which both I don't really like. I feel its harder to eat thick noodles than thin noodles. I don't really enjoy eating this, 5/10.

4. Kimchi

We got this as a side dish. Suprisingly, this dish worth the hype! I love the spiciness from the sauce. And, the freshness of the cabbage was my favorite part! Due to my stomach condition, I can't have much of it😒. But overall, very tasty, 8.5/10.

5. Ocha

I crop this from the Ramyeon picture πŸ˜‚

Every Korean/Japanese restaurants that I have visited always have ocha with a green color. But not in the convenient store! It looks just like regular tea! Although the taste didn't really impress me, but this drink is very refreshing. 7/10!

That's my version of 'Rating Korean Convenient Store Food'! Hope you love it, ciao for now.
